YOU'RE AN ANIMAL!

—San Francisco Chronicle
“Charming.... [Boffa] brilliantly and often hilariously fuses animal biology with human frailty, narcissism, and egotism.”
— The Boston Sunday Globe
“Wickedly funny... wildly inventive.... A terrific debut.”
—St. Petersburg Times
“Exuberant, extravagant, and hilarious.”
—The Commercial Appeal
“Wonderfully daffy.... As witty and entertaining as we’ve had from Italy since the death of Calvino.”

PROVISIONAL R&D DAY
'And what did she say, Viskovitz?'
We are a contemporary performance collective from South West England. Compelled to do things differently, we make playful and refreshing work using collaborative approaches.
We offer workshops & participation opportunities, we nurture our creative community and we open doors.
We make work across styles & art-forms as a group, with everyone contributing creative ideas. We test ideas and discuss the outcomes. We play, we sweat, we laugh, and we constantly challenge ourselves. If anyone has a skill they try to teach the others. The director guides the process in a flexible way.
As a CIC, one of our core aims is to help develop our creative community. We are currently focusing on planning our community outreach and opening doors aims to meet the demands on a challenging time in the theatre industry.

Up The Ante Workshop feedback:
"Very inclusive and great opportunity to work with people from different backgrounds/ages Would definitely come to another one."
"Incredible workshop leader!"
"A very open and welcoming atmosphere."
"I loved your attitude towards sharing, exchange and connecting."
"You bring a really engaging yet relaxed and safe environment and it really helps as there are people from all different backgrounds. It's nice to see people come out of their shell In ways you wouldn't expect. The games are great for that as they are clearly explained and may seem easy but you can't help but get involved and be as silly as you want with it."
"Its like going to a workout class but for your imagination... when you come out you feel great about yourself!"
